At NestledInTime every blanket is woven rather than printed — and that makes all the difference.
Unlike digitally printed products, our throws are crafted from interlocked coloured threads in the tradition of genuine woven textiles. This beautiful process means that colours will appear softer, warmer and more muted than they appear on your screen — and we think that is part of their very special charm.
The naturally softened tones of a woven blanket are what give it that gorgeous vintage, heirloom quality that no printed product can replicate. Your blanket will arrive looking less like a digital image and more like a beautifully aged textile — the kind of thing you might find lovingly folded in a cedar chest, or draped across the armchair of someone with the most wonderful taste.

Please keep in mind:
- Colours on screen are always brighter and more saturated than woven textile results
- Reds and oranges in particular will soften to warmer, richer vintage tones
- Fine details and gradients will take on a beautifully textured quality
- Every blanket will look slightly different depending on your screen settings and calibration
- We believe the result is always more beautiful in person than any screen can show
